How to Report Infringement
If you believe that content hosted on a Web250 Solutions, LLC property infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). Your notice must include the following:

- 6A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a court action seeking a restraining order against the content provider within 10–14 business days, we will restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Web250 Solutions, LLC will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted materials. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
