2. Connected Social Accounts (Facebook & Instagram)

Our software lets a gallery or studio owner connect their own Facebook Page and linked Instagram Business account to publish their own artwork or content from our admin panel.

What we access and why:

pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement — to identify the Facebook Page you choose to connect.
pages_manage_posts — to publish a post to your own Page, only when you explicitly choose to.
instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish — to publish to the Instagram Business account linked to your Page, only when you choose to.

How we handle the tokens:

We store the access token encrypted (AES-256) and use it solely to post content you initiate.
We never post automatically, read private messages, or access data unrelated to publishing.
You can disconnect at any time from the admin panel; disconnecting deletes the stored token immediately.

3. How We Use Your Information

Process and fulfill orders; provide customer support
Publish content you choose to your connected social accounts
Improve our services; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (payment processors, shipping, and the social platforms you connect) as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
