This page explains how to delete the data web250 Solutions holds about you, including data obtained
from a connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account.
What data this covers
- The encrypted access token for any Facebook/Instagram account you connected.
- The connection record (the Page/account name and ID you linked).
- The history of posts you published through our app.
Option 1 — Disconnect in the app (instant)
- Sign in to your admin panel.
- Go to Settings → Social.
- Click Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram.
Disconnecting
immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token. You can
also remove our app at
Facebook → Business Integrations.
Option 2 — Email a deletion request
To delete all data associated with your account (including post history), email
[email protected] from the address on your account with the
subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm and complete deletion within
30 days and notify you when it is done.
