This page explains how to delete the data web250 Solutions holds about you, including data obtained from a connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account.

What data this covers

Option 1 — Disconnect in the app (instant)

  1. Sign in to your admin panel.
  2. Go to Settings → Social.
  3. Click Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram.
Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token. You can also remove our app at Facebook → Business Integrations.

Option 2 — Email a deletion request

To delete all data associated with your account (including post history), email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days and notify you when it is done.
